• Our skipper retains the authority to make the final decision to cancel, postpone, change or modify the private boat charter based on weather and sea conditions.
• The skipper maintains the right to alter the itinerary, routes, and departure/disembarkation locations if required due to weather conditions, tides, shallows, or any other legitimate reasons.
• Price rates apply per boat, not per passenger.
• Clients are urged to be on time; any lateness will not result in an extension of the charter.

Useful Pointers:

• Confirmation of bookings will be provided within 48 hours.
• Payment of the deposit via PayPal or bank transfer is required prior to commencing the boat tour.

Flexible Cancellation is offered! A complete refund will be issued and no cancellation fees will be assessed if you cancel your charter experience at least 48 hours in advance.

• If you decide to cancel your charter excursion at least two days prior to the planned departure date, we will issue a complete refund without being charged a cancellation fee.
• Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible if you choose to reschedule your charter experience so we can look into other potential alternative options.

Departure Time is determined by the preferred time selected during booking. We kindly request that all passengers arrive at the already chosen meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to their departure time to have sufficient time for parking and becoming acquainted with the area before boarding the boat.
